Unknown to Dragon, someone was filming the whole thing and projecting it up onto a gigantic screen for everyone to see.
"Stop it you idiot!" Dragon yelled, struggling to raise her head. "You'll only piss them off!"
"I told you once and I'll tell you again, sister!" Nogard replied, intensifying the heat of her flames surrounding Indivar and Rosalba. "No one ******** with you but me!"
"Will you two stop her!" Dragon yelled at Ette and Nathan.
"A dragon is too powerful for us!" Ette said. "Our spells will only bounce off her!"
"Fine! Throw me at her! It'll distract her enough to make her stop!"
"Won't she kill you in your weakened state?" Nate asked.
"No," Dragon replied. After a second or two she added, "Well, I'm fairly certain she won't. ... I'm actually hoping she won't. ... Just, just throw me before I loose my nerve!"
It was more of a shove rather than a throw. Stumbling forward, Dragon wrapped her arms around Nogard's neck and knocked her down. Landing on top of Nogard, Dragon felt the heat of the fire engulfing Indivar and Rosalba die away as Nogard was caught off guard.
"Gerroff me!" Nogard said, shoving Dragon off to the side. Seeing Indivar and Rosalba standing over her, unburnt and looking very angry, Nogard said, "Aw crap."
"Told you you'd only piss them off," Dragon said, still unable to move.
"For your impudence, you too shall repay the debt you have just incurred," Indivar and Rosalba said, kneeling and placing their hands on Nogard's shins.

Arching her back as the two drained her powers, Nogard screamed. Unlike when they drained Dragon's powers by making it as painless as possible and to draw the least amount of attention, Indivar and Rosalba had no care to do the same with Nogard. As Nogard's firepower and fire mana was drawn out of her, jets of fire shot into the air, whipped about, and entered into Indivar and Rosalba.
Due to how the two were born, Dragon felt some echo of Nogard's pain. Realizing it was more dangerous for Nogard to loose her powers than it was for her to loose her own--and not caring about what Nogard had done, or attempted to have done in the past to her--Dragon pleaded, "No! Please! Stop! You're killing her! Please don't kill my sister!"
When the last of the fire was drawn out of her, Nogard's scream cut off quite abruptly. As quickly as they appeared to Dragon at first, the two disappeared as soon as the last of the fire had been drawn out of Nogard. With the two gone, Nogard's body relaxed entirely.
"Mei mei?" [2] Dragon asked, wishing she could move.
Nogard did not answer. A smoldering piece of ash from the burning tent landed on Nogard's cheek and burned it a little before the wind blew it off. Nogard did not move.
"Mei mei?! Mei mei, answer me!! MEI MEI!!!"
