OOC Note
"You're traveling through another dimension, a dimension not only of sight and sound but of mind. A journey into a wondrous land whose boundaries are that of imagination. That's the signpost up ahead— your next stop, the Twilight Zone!" -- Twilight Zone, Season 2 opening
Opening her eyes, she immediately closed them again and put a hand to her forehead. "Hmmmmm....."
"She's awake!" someone yelled, deepening the headache the she had. Then, quite softly, the person said, "You're okay, ane [1]. All it is is a nasty bump on the head."
"Since when did you start calling me ane?" she asked, rubbing her hands over her face slowly.
"Soon as I could talk...?" the person replied. "Maybe I should get Brisa. You don't seem to be okay."
There were sounds as the person got up from their chair and left that just did not seem right. When all was quiet, she opened her eyes and sat up with her blanket pooling in her lap. She was in a strange room--but before she could focus on the details of the room, she saw that she was not wearing any clothes.
"IIIIIIIIIII'mmmmmm nekkid, d'okay," she said, pulling her blanket quickly up to her chin. As her hands and the blanket moved, they left a trail of--"Bubbles?"
Using one hand to keep the blanket covering her chest, she waived her other hand quickly and stared at the bubbles that floated up from it. "D'okay, I'm underwater. Drowning does not appear to be an issue as I can breathe normally. Last I checked, I was powerless and human--and in the clutches of Luman and Uli."
Lifting an eyebrow, she whipped the blanket aside off her legs--in a way to keep her chest covered--to reveal the bottom half of her body was a mermaid's fin. "Well okay then. I'm a mermaid now instead of a dragon or a human. Calm down Dragon. You're going to be okay. Just gotta figure out what the hell happened."
Looking about, Dragon saw a chest piece of armor on the table next to her bed and assumed that was her "top". Snagging it, Dragon spent a few minutes examining it to figure out how to put it on. Once "dressed", Dragon left her aquatic room and went exploring.
Almost immediately, Dragon came across two mermaids that Dragon knew instantly. "Xangord! Nogard! What the hell, where are we? And why are we so YOUNG?" A split second later, Dragon realized that besides her having black hair, Nogard had red hair and Xangord had blonde hair. "Please tell me you two can do magic because I seem unable to do so--which might have something to do with what happened at the Rejected Olympics, but the fact we're half fish makes me wonder."
Looking at each other worriedly, then at Dragon, then back at each other the two whispered something together. Turning to Dragon, the redhead said, "Ane? I'm Ildri and this is Brisa. You're Damla."
"Stop joking around, Nogard," Dragon said. "Something's seriously wrong here."
"She's not joking, gumai," [2] the blond said. "I think--"
Taking up an offensive pose, Dragon said, "Okay, you never call me that so something IS wrong. Where am I and are you two in the employment of Luman and Uli?"

This entry was inspired by this awesome piccu I colored and has nothing to do with this dimension or this one....technically anyway. As you saw 4laugh
Oh, and I will also mention that as mermaids, XangorDragoNogard are all preteen age (10, 11, 12)--remember, Xangord is the oldest and Nogard is the youngest. And, Lizbeth was never born; the Triplets are the daughters of Alachia and as such they go by different names:
Xangord = Brisa
Dragon = Damla
Nogard = Ildri
