Note
I've got too many characters to keep track of now on who's first person and who's third person, so now I'm just making everyone third person. The titles of the section are color coded to the character who has the main pov for that section.
Feeding again & cleaning up
When Taran locked the ship, n** grinned a little. When she was human, she had learned to apparate. n** didn't do it much because it wasn't a fun feeling but it did come in handy now and then. Apparating to a location far away, n** hunted down humans evil of heart and fed from them until she was able to get herself under control.
Once under control, n** apparated back aboard the Dragonfly and began to clean up the bodies of the Renstok she had killed. Wrinkling her nose, she looked at the black blood that seeped from the bodies and thought, It's like they're dead already...no living thing has blood like that.

Pain
When the bookshelf had fallen on top of her, Xangord was too stunned from the pain of being skewered on a trident to move. After a couple of seconds, she realized Xink had yelled out for her. Shoving the bookshelf off of her and pulling the trident out with a roar of pain, Xangord noted that she and several dead Renstok were in Dragon's basement.
"Puuuuuuu!" Mokona cried from beneath another shelf.
"Coming," Xangord said, walking over to where she had thought she had heard him. Throwing the shelf off the little creature, Xangord picked Mokona up and staggered up the stairs. She needed to get to the other first aid station upstairs--the one in the lab had been destroyed.
"Puu?" Mokona asked.
"I hear it too," Xangord replied, having heard an airship land just outside the house. Reaching the top of the stairs, Xangord used the last of her strength to push the hidden door open. Sitting down and leaning against the wall, Xangord said to Mokona, "Go get the attention of whoever landed."
"Puu! Puu!" Mokona said, nodding. Running outside, Mokona looked at the strange ship and wondered how to get inside to whoever was flying it. "Puu?"

Reunion
At the other end of the temple, the doors flew open and a small body was flung inside. As it groaned, Nogard suddenly recognized who it was. "Xink! Xink are you okay!?! Where's your mom?"
"Aunt Nogard?" Xink asked, climbing to his feet and looking about. Seeing her chained to an altar, he rushed forward. "Aunt Nogard! You're okay! Aunt Dragon had said you had--"
"You're not hurt are you?" Nogard said, looking Xink over with her eyes.
"No, I'm fine, what--"
"Where's your mom?"
"She's...she's dead. The Renstok killed her..."
"Xangord's not dead," Nogard said. "I'd know if she was. Your mom, me, and your Aunt Dragon are too closely linked. If one of us dies, the other two feel it."
"Promise?"
"May Thermail strike me down if I lie!" Nogard said, grinning. "Now help me get out of these chains!"
Sighing with relief, Xink grabbed at the cuff that held Nogad's wrist down and began to pry at it.

Zen moodiness
Taking several large breaths and releasing them slowly, Dragon managed to focus her mind and began to sort the insane amount of data that her grandfather had downloaded into her brain with a simple touch.
Looking at Rose and noticing that the jewel on her head was fading from red back towards blue, Dragon grinned. So she pushed herself to the very brink but held herself back. That is good. That's what her mother would have wanted.
To answer Rose's question, Dragon said, "As soon as Taran and n** get back with Xangord."
"Dragon, may I have a word?" Nissa asked, pulling Dragon aside. As the hologram Nerissa told Rose that it'd take about five to ten minutes using slipstream--a very old slipstream route that would be very bumpy--Nissa whispered to Dragon, "I lost contact with myself back at the house about a minute ago...so I don't if Xangord's okay or not."
"See this Zen-like attitude I'm trying to achieve?" I asked, closing my eyes and creating a temple with my fingers. "News like that doesn't help. I need the Zen-like attitude to sort what Grandpa Rhonabwy told me."
