OOC: The only color blue I hate
In case anyone is wondering where I dissappeared to last night when I went to restart my computer, I got the evil BLUE SCREEN OF DEATH because of a game I was downloading (one person knows what game that is because I asked them but I don't blame that person...I blame the manufacturer of the game).
Yes, I have been attacked by this evil evil thing and it finally killed my computer that I just got the harddrive replaced on. So, I went and got a new computer today from Best Buy and I won't get it back until tomorrow since Geek Squad is personalizing it for me.
So no posting for me for today or late tomorrow when I get my computer back. And I'll probably have some good art out of it too. ^_^ Only because I have nothing ELSE to do at home stare *currently at library*
April 2 Edit: *on a sporking spree* The damned internet won't work and my scanner doesn't match the computer when I was told it WOULD match!!!! *so severely angry right now* I'll try and come in the library as much as possible until I can get the damned thing figured out--gotta make posts n all....and I'm taking a fukidol right now and putting the printer thing off until tomorrow so I can go watch TMNT today without being REALLY angry. I think I'll watch 300 tomorrow.
April 3 Edit: Never EVER rely on Best Buy's Geek Squad to call you back....EVER. *fuming* As stated in yesterday's update, I found out my printer doesn't match my operating system. So I called BBGS to find out WHY. I was told they would call back. NEVER DID THEY CALL BACK!!! I went in today to exchange my printer/scanner and they told me I'd have to DOWNLOAD THE DRIVER!!! *random drive by sporking* So NOW that's what I'm doing today in the library...Except I forgot to write down what kind of computer I have (I need a sound driver too) and the printer....FUDGIBUCKET! I'll do it tomorrow. *goes to see when 300 is playing*
April 5 Edit: So I decided NOT to go see 300 or The Hills Have Eyes 2 *too fustrated*. Anyway, I took the printer back to Best Buy yesterday and they told me to download a driver for it. *grr* so I came back to the library and spent one hour looking for it before leaving in fustration. That's it, I'm done. I am returning the printer and demanding my money back. I can only handle so much fustration before I blow my top--and trust me, this is not a good thing. If I need anything ever printed, I'll head out to my mom's or come into the library....speaking of which, I don't think I've ever spent this much time in a library (I'm a major bookworm so this is weird ne?) since I was a library aide in highschool.
April 14 Edit: I don't know WHAT the hell I did, but I *finally* got the internets back on my home computer! Whoooooooo! *now runs off to get all the same programs--except for the game that killed the old computer--and favorites put back on new computer*
