Xangord's PoV
"Dragon, your kids're freaks!" Nogard said hysterically. Looking at me, she said, "What about yours? Is Xink going to have freakish powers too? He should, his father is a--"
Creating a razor sharp blade of smoke that extended from my hand, I placed it against Nogard's throat. "You will not finish that sentence if you wish to live."
"Back off, both of you!" Dragon said, forcing me to lower my arm and pushing Nogard backward. "This is new to all of us!"
"Nogard is just terrified of me 'n' Shalimar but she won't admit it," Wynn said.
"I am not!" Nogard said.
"See?" Wynn replied, grinning.
"Rose and the others will be here shortly," Nerissa's hologram said, appearing next to Dragon.
As Nerisa began to explain Rose's reason for a quick depature, Xink tugged on my arm and said, "A portal was created. A portal like what you and I can make."
"What?" I asked. Someone from the Organization's found me. They found out about me and Riku!
"And another thing, there is an intruder on board. They are in Storage Bay 8947."
"It's an Organization member," I said. "Dragon, let me handle this. They're going to be more trusting of me than any of you."
"How--?"
"I sensed the portal," Xink said. "It's like the kind mom and I can make."
Without waiting for another word, I created my own portal and stepped through it. On the other side, I closed the portal before anyone could follow me. Summoning my whips, I looked about for the Organization member. From the corner of my eye, I saw a dark figure leaning against some barrels. Spinning, I raised my arm.
"Wait...Se'rox?!"
