When I hatched, I knew that something was instantly wrong. As I scanned the minds of my mother and the dragon who was apparently my aunt--the backstory between Mom and Aunt Dragon was confusing--I knew that more was on Aunt Dragon's mind than just the issue with her friend Rose.

Shal, Wynn, and the ABC [+1] are in danger, was the thought running around in Aunt Dragon's mind. I can't do anything about it right now, damnit.

Once the blue dragon transformed into her human form and left; and once mom went to sleep, I quickly searched her memories. Creating teleport holes without knowing where you want to go is too dangerous. Finding the information I needed, I carefully slid off of Mom's head and created a teleport hole. Stepping through, I looked about.

"Xink!" a hologram woman said, appearing in front of me. "How did--"

"Where's the girls and the ABC?" I asked in dragon language.

"The ABC are in the basement," the woman said. "Wynn is going after Shalimar."

"Get the ABC to go through the portal," I replied. "Which way--never mind. I found them."

Running through the hologram woman, I rushed to an underground cavern that was lit with litchen that glowed with a soft blue light. A neko with willow hair was fighting someone in blue and white while another neko wearing a green kimono was fighting someone in red and black.

Rising to my hind legs, I leapt forward. Digging my front claws into the back of the one wearing blue and white and rebounded towards the one in red and black; my rear claws digging into their chest. Rising into the air, I spun around and slammed the two into the ground as hard as I could. Before either Neko could react, I grabbed each one by the scruff of their neck and carried them out of the cave.

"Look out!" the neko in the kimono yelled.

Barrel rolling to the left; I avoided being blasted by a beam of electricity. Weaving back and forth with the Nekos dangling below me, I flew back to where I created the portal. Throwing the two Nekos in before me, I spun around to see that the two they had been fighting were close behind me. Rising to my hind legs again, I prepared to fight.

Suddenly, the two stopped and whispered to each other while guesturing towards me. Bowing at me, they said as one, "We know who and what you are, Lord Xink. We will not harm you or anyone under your protection."

"Then you know my family," I said, unsure quite of what was going on. "My entire family and extended family are all under my protection."

"Very...well," the two said in unison before dissappearing.

Walking through the portal, I found myself face to face with a blue childe dragon [+2], a green childe dragon [+3], my mom in her full dragon form--and mom had a look of pure anger on her face--and the ABC.

"Just WHAT were you thinking?" mom snarled at me.

"Aunt Dragon was worried about them," I replied quietly.

"Aunt Dragon?" the Blue Dragon Childe asked, looking between me and mom. "Aunt Xangord, is this black dragon your...son?"

Mom nodded while glaring at me.

"What's his name?" the Green Dragon Childe asked.

"Xink," mom replied.

For a second, the two Childe dragons looked at each other. Looking at me, they squealed happily and buried me in a dragon pile.

"I HAVE A BABY COUSIN!" the Blue Dragon Childe exclaimed, clinging to my neck.

"HE'S SO KYUTE!" the Green Dragon Childe crowed, squeezing my stomach.
