"I don't want to fight you Zu," I replied, moving to head him off, "but I will if I must!"
Ducking under Zuchax III's claws, I lashed out with one of my whips to wrap around his left wrist. Slicing through the smoke with his free hand, Zuchax III spun around and shot a blast of wind with ice shards at me. Falling to the ground in a split, I lashed out with my whips again and wrapped them around Zuchax III's ankles. Leaping to my feet, I yanked on the whips to knock Zuchax III down. Instead of landing on his back, Zuchax III backflipped and landed on a knee and a hand. Looking up at me, Zuchax III shot towards me with his claws out. Spinning to the right, I placed my back against Zuchax III's. Flipping over me, Zuchax III took a swipe with his claws--just missing me by an inch.
Even though I knew the danger of doing so, I turned one of my whips into a water whip and flung it at Zuchax III. Catching it around his forearm, Zuchax III twisted his arm until he could grab the water whip and solidified it into ice that covered my left arm to the elbow. Lashing out with my other whip, I repeated what I just did with the same result. Backing away from Zuchax III, I began to heat the ice with the flame power in me. With the ice melted, I rushed forward again.
This is going to go on if I don't stop it somehow, I thought as I fought Zuchax III. There's only one way to stop it. Damnit.
Spinning away from Zuchax III, I crossed my forearms over my shoulders and rushed at Zuchax III as he ran towards me. At the last second, I stopped and dismissed my whips. Zuchax III, realizing what I was going to do a second too late, tried to stop. Both sets of his claws went through my stomach and out my back.
"Why?" Zuchax III asked.
"Because I had to," I replied.
Pulling his claws out of my stomach, Zuchax III took a couple of steps backward as I sank to the ground with a hand on my stomach. For a full minute the two of us stayed like that.
"Are you going to report us to him?" I asked without looking up.
"Why would I?" Zuchax III replied, still staring at me. "Xenmas cares about my words as much as he cares about that useless weird eared member."
"Okay. So what now?"
"You two get out of here. Don't show your faces in the Organization again, or I might change my mind. Get going!"
Looking up at Zuchax III, I grinned softly. "Thanks Zu..."
"Whatever," Zuchax III replied, turning his back on me. "I'll hold off anybody following you."
Staggering to my feet with my hand still on my stomach, I created a portal. Looking one last time over my shoulder at Castle Oblivion, I said, "Don't tell Axel and Demyx what I've done."
Without waiting for an answer, I stepped into the portal.
