Note
So supposedly I will have my computer back tomorrow. YAY! heart so I thought'd I'd throw this up. And I know...Lady Eirny's accent changed. I'm picking up the accent style from Calla Bryn Sturgis--a town in Stephen King's The Dark Tower V: Wolves of the Calla
"You're awake!" Lady Eirny said from somewhere behind me. "And here I thought you were going to sleep for an entire week or more."
Sitting up, I opened my mouth to ask a question when my stomach rumbled.
Laughing, Lady Eirny said, "Yer belly been doin' dat all week but Ah daren't wake yer fer fear it'd stop the healin pr'cess."
"What?"
Pointing to my torso, Lady Eirny said, "Yer perf'ly healed dere. Tis yer extremities that are a wee bit slower. Yer hands an feet are finally gettin meat back on dem."
Looking at my hands, I saw what Lady Eirny was talking about. Even with the bandaging, I could tell that SOMETHING had happened because they were unusually thin.
Throwing a shirt and pajama bottoms at me, Lady Eirny said, "Put these on whilst Ah make yer some lunch."
After Lady Eirny had went outside, I got dressed. It was a painful ordeal because the flesh that had grown over the wounds was thin and threatened to crack with too much exertion. Tripping over my feet while trying to pull on the pajama bottoms, I landed on my back and bit back a scream.
Once the pain subsided from a blinding glare to a steady throb, I noticed four objects under my bed: a black cloak, an antique looking ring, an hourglass with red sand, and a miniature cannon. Unbidden, three words flashed across my mind.
Shen Gong Wu [+1]
"What the hell is Shen Gong Wu?" I muttered.
