"When we land, the security system that has been installed will read our DNA as ones who do not belong," Necrage said as they started in for the final approach.

"Is this junkheap's computer connected to the mainframe?" Necromni asked.

"It is now," Necrage said after a moment. "It's guiding us in to the landing dock."

Getting up, Necromni walked over to one of the terminals in the room just off the bridge. Transforming one of her fingertips into a blade, Necromni inserted it into a terminal. Closing her eyes, she concentrated on inserting a virus into the security system, bringing it over to her side. As the ship touched down, Necromni opened her eyes and grinned. The security system was hers. Linking her arm around Necrage's when he came to her, Necromni exited the ship.

"Well aren't you two cozy?" Nogard asked, unaware that she was leading the others in. "Broden, why do you insist hanging out with a bloodsucker?"

"That'll be enough of that," Alachia said from the other side of the room. "Children, we are all in danger. Your grandfather's family has an ancient foe that is on its way to destroy him--and on its way it will come after us to get to him."

"Mother wishes us to split up," Lizbeth said. With a dirty glance at Alachia, she said, "Some of us will be going to her home world while others are to try and defend themselves against it."

"What's the name of this 'ancient foe'?" Dragon asked. "And nobody is splitting up without my permission."

"Nec--" Alachia was starting to say when a hand exploded out of her chest. The hand remained sticking out of her chest for a moment before it was yanked out, allowing Alachia to sink to the ground and reveal her attacker behind her.

Grinning, Necromni glanced at the others as they stared at her in mute shock fully aware that her guise as the one they called n** faded away into the same form she had when she obtained Broden. Kneeling down, Necromni ran a hand along Alachia's face and whispered, "And so Rhonabwy's wife passes into my power."

"Milady!" Necrage warned as Necromni kissed Alachia's dying lips.

Glancing up, Necromni saw that Nogard, her anger so great that she was covered in blue flames, was rushing towards her. "Take care of it."

Necrage nodded. Also reverting away from the form they knew as Broden, he grabbed a surprised Nogard by the throat and kissed her.
