Falling to the floor in my pool of cold blood, I grunted and said, "Stabbing...isn't a part...of the ritual..."
"No no, of course not," Orsnic said, cleaning my blood off the blade and sheathing it on his back. Laughing, he asked, "Did you honestly think I was going to unlock the dark secrets in this form? I'd be destroyed in an instant!"
"Then...why don't you...? Save me...the trouble of...killing you." Frowning, Orsnic lifted me off the floor and flung me across the room. Slamming into the far wall, I crashed to the floor. Coughing up blood, I wiped my mouth and said, "Okay then...You're a chicken...s**t b*****d...You have my...heart, why not use that?"
Lifting me up off the floor again and slamming me against the wall, Orsnic said, "Because that damn heart of yours nearly killed me the first time I tried to put it in!"
Stretching my neck forward, I said, "So put it...in again and die."
Slapping me with the back of his hand and cutting my face with a huge ring on his right hand, Orsnic grinned and said, "Here's something that your precious Lord Avondale never told you about our clan's history. You know your neko friend? I was the one that started the war between her clan and a clan of Blue Dragons."
"Liar..." I replied weakly.
"I do not lie, not about this," Orsnic said. "Your neko friend's clan had a very special blood gem that increased their powers ten-fold on the night of a red moon. I had intended to get my claws on that gem. However, the goodie-goodie dragons of our clan stopped me and my followers from obtaining that gem. It was your father who removed my heart and your mother who banished me. It was not until much later that I learned that this became a secret kept from the younger generations to keep them from ever finding out what had happened."
"They told...us what happened...to you..."
"True, so that way no one would attempt to follow in my claw-steps. But, you know what, I am getting too far off track. I need to complete my transformation."
Before I could ask what he meant, Orsnic produced a tiny little stone--no bigger than a dime really--from his pocket. Chanting, he cast a spell over the stone causing it to increase in size to that of a dragons egg.
Looking at the egg and the wound in my stomach, Orsnic said, "Hrm. With the souls of the other nine princesses in the embryo, it's much bigger than I had expected. I need to make some adjustments."
"What?!" I asked, snapping to full awareness.
Gently setting the egg down and making sure that his left hand had a firm grip on my neck to hold me in place, Orsnic plunged his right hand into the wound in my stomach and began to pull and tear it. Screaming in pain, I welcomed the darkness that came with the pain.
1 Hour Later Edit:
Opening my eyes, I blinked at the sudden brightness of torches filling the dungeon. Sitting up, I instantly realized something was wrong with my center of gravity. Looking down at my stomach, it was much larger than it was before I passed out--but healed.
"No..." I whispered weakly. Looking around, I whispered, "Someone...get me out of here...anyone..."
