You dream you're talking to a customer and you notice something in the notes that make you say, "Well, sir, just like Chazu and Koopa told you, if it is not your name on the account, then you need to go into the sales office with photo id and the contract you signed to prove it IS your account...Then you may have do do a change of responsbility sir, as Ryory told you."

btw, the "..." is a pause for a customer b***h session. and of course, after the call, talking to Chazu, Koopa, and Ryory about the stupidity of the customer and rejoicing about getting rid of credit limit accounts on March 10 (a rant for another time).

I have vacation coming up in march to basically get ready for my brother's wedding. I DON'T know if I'll take a vacation from gaia that week. xd
