Stupid stupid tech support people...shouldn't have access to price plans....

Edit: Because of a tech support ******** UP, I spent nearly 45 minutes trying to figure out if the sales office forgot to change a plan (nope) or if it really was Tech Support....guess what? It was Tech support.
PEOPLE! If your job does not include "Changing Price Plans" or "Activations" or "Credit Check" Then don't do it--YOU WILL ******** THE CUSTOMER UP AND SCREW THEM OUT OF MONEY THEN PEOPLE LIKE ME HAVE TO LISTEN TO THEM b***h FOR HOURS ON END BEFORE WE CAN TELL THEM IT WAS YOUR FAULT!
