So, aside from telling people to pay their bills, I actually have to make sure that what they're paying is correct. So to do so, I have to make notes about the accounts just to see what the hell happened and find out why Mr Smith's account is over $500 (roaming, long distance, overages, what?) then based of my notes I'm able to determine just what Mr Smith did to ******** up (or if it was our ******** up). Here is 3-days worth of notes from over 500 accounts.
