Dragon Dynasty Breakdown...

From the corner of her eye, Xangord saw Taran approaching Xink. As she slowly began to turn and look at him, Xangord's jaw dropped open as the man electrified her son. Not caring that they were all still in the cramped Maru, Xangord transformed into her dragon form and rushed towards Taran.

Moving quickly, the strange woman unbuckled both her own belt and that of the human kids that n** had sat across from her. Picking each one up beneath an arm, the woman kicked a hole in the side of the Maru and leapt through it saying, "Gonna get real tight real quick in there, Duckies."

"MUM!" the girl cried as the stranger pulled her and her brother through the hole.

Snapping her head around, n** saw the woman fleeing through a hole in the side of the ship--with the kids under her arms. Snarling, n** dropped to all fours and ran after the three.

"MOM!" Shalimar yelled over the din of the rest.

Looking about, Dragon saw Shalimar begin to transform into her dragon form as she began to pass out. Realizing that Xangord was doing the same, Dragon swore in draconic language. Sorry Bekka but the Maru's no more.

In an instant, the Maru virtually exploded as two full grown dragons emerged from it.

Before Dragon could stop either Xangord from attacking Taran or n** attacking the woman, Shalimar laid an egg which promptly hatched--and the hatchling that stepped free of the egg caused Dragon to pause. Though obviously a gold dragon based off the color of the egg, the hatchling was in human form and was wearing an outfit very much like Dragon's usual outfit.

Looking about, the hatchling's eyes settled on Nogard. With an almighty roar, the hatchling ran towards Nogard bellowing, "I HAVE FINALLY FOUND YOU, YOU b***h! NOW IS THE TIME YOU WILL PAY FOR YOUR CRIMES!!!!"

"EVERY--" Dragon yelled, throwing ice prisons to lock Taran and Xangord safely away from each other, "--BODY--" she added, throwing another ice prison to lock n** and the woman away from each other, "--STOP!" she finished, throwing a third ice prison to lock the hatchling and Nogard away from each other.

Waiving her hands in front of her own ice prison, the woman melted the ice into water. Setting the kids down, the woman said, "Well done granddaughter."

Turning towards Dragon brandishing his wand, the human boy said, "Release the ice around our mum."

"Shut up Nate," the girl said, waiving her wand over the ice prison covering n**. "I think I've got it."

"You sure Ette?" the boy asked her while glaring at Dragon.

"Yeah!" the girl replied as the ice suddenly splashed away into water.

Transforming into her human form and grabbing the kids into a hug, n** asked, "You two alright?"

"Yes mum," the two replied.

"Mom?" Xink asked, sitting up and rubbing his head.

Looking over her shoulder, Xangord transformed into her human form and said, "Dragon, lemme go."

"Only if you--"

"LEMME GO NOW!"

"Okay, okay," Dragon said, releasing the prison around her and Taran.

At once Xangord ran over to Xink and picked him up into a hug.

"Oh, Larkin, how are you doing?" Nogard taunted Shalimar's hatchling. "I see you're still that pretty shade of gold." Quickly glancing at Dragon with a smile on her face, she asked, "Ever find out who your father was? He has to be a gold dragon."

Stunned, Dragon spun around to look at Lord Avondale--but at once Holly wheeled between the two of them and said, "He's not the hatchling's father but yours."

"Dragon?" Nissa asked, tapping her on the shoulder. "What exactly is going on?"

"******** if I know," Dragon said.
