for those of you who STILL havent run off, screaming because staring at the computer for such a dreadfully long time that your eyes just might fall out, i will continue on with the next day. friday night me and dad went to this big festival party thing that my town has to celebrate the first football game coming up, i rode with dad on the MOTORCYCLE! that was pretty terrifying at first, because it felt like one wrong move and you'd turn into a crumpled up pretzel, but i told myself to suck it up and not freak out, cause dad wouldn't let me turn into a pretzel, or at least not without a fight. so after i got over the first two minutes of fear, it was actually really enjoyable. though by the time i got off of the motorcycle and took one look at my hair all that joy turned to annoyance. that was definately going to take some work. but oh well. now was not the time to worry about it. i was going to enjoy myself as long as i was already here. i found the mime troup that my school had, it was soo fun watching them. their poses were absoloutly amazing. they would freeze into a position until someone put money into the top hat, and then they would suddenly move. i saw avery there, and her stepsister wanted her to join the mimes. but ave wasnt really sure about it. but in the end she DID end up joining, and i did too. they gave me a feather boa, a lei, and also i took ave's glasses. i wasnt as crazy as some of the others, but i still looked like a freak with my outfit i already had, so it would have to do. after about two more poses we started running up and down the big street until the leader gave the signal, then we would half circle around a group of people and suddenly freeze and stick out our hat until they put money into it. that was really fun. my dad talked to one of the cubscout parents that he knew while he waited, then he sat on one of the corners by the streetlight. if my mom was there, she would have without a doubt stalked me the entire time, saying something about it not being safe to be out here all alone, though i was with a group of people from my school. anyhow after awhile of miming i went back to my dad because it was getting dark and the fireworks were about to begin, so i sat next to him on the street and we watched it together. lol i can already predict the trouble sitting on the street would have gotten me in from my mom. a few days ago when she saw me sitting on the ground waiting for the bus she wanted me to wash my hands, and when i refused she wanted me to bring those sanitzing wipes with me if i was going to be so stubborn. i refused that too, giving her a repulsed look. anyhow, back to my story again (ha, i get sidetracked easily) me and dad finished watching the fireworks and rode back home, this time going faster than last time now that i was an "expert" as he said. it was thrilling. still a little creepy when we started, but i got over it. so...yeah, that was my past few days. today i just sat around reading for..oh say, about 4 and a half hours. they have released more of midnight sun, in case you happen to be a twilight fan and your wondering. but i wont even START talking about that, because that would take a whole nother few paragraphs to talk about. also i babysat a girl on my street, sydney. she really is a sweet kid. well. i'm going to go now. hope you survived this long entry, *edit again, like i said this was a LONG entry, but i decided to divide it into two, just in case you people didnt want to read all of it*
