Capt. Deep ran over to starboard, and muttered under her breath “Wasn’t he satisfied with our encounter last time?”
Will darted up to the side of the ship with everyone else, tying his black bowtie and running his fingers through his hair. “What’s going on?”
“Will, go hide quickly now! Your father’s ship is approaching!” Capt. Deep said.
Will turned to retreat, but hesitated. “I’m tired of running from him.”
Capt. Deep turned to face him. “Will, what are you waiting for?”
“I’m tired of hiding from my father!”
“So what are you going to do?”
“I’m going to talk to him!”
“All right William, good choice! Good luck!”
Will approached the side of the ship, and gazed out into the clear blue waters. He felt a knot form in his stomach, and suddenly he was very nervous, and his courage atrophied instantly. “I’m going to talk to him Rina… next time, for sure!”
And with that, he turned and headed down into Capt. Deep’s room, too afraid to talk to his own father.
