Well, here I am, back at home, typing another journal entry. I'm surrounded by friends, but I feel a little worried for you. Did you have a good time? Were you happy today? Did you smile alot? Did we cross your mind?
Last night was strange. I tried that out for the first time, and even though you guys liked it, I didn't really feel anything. I think I was already naturally high from neing surrounded by you all. I do feel something now, though. An emptiness. Not an emotional emptiness, but an empty feeling welled up in my chest. The kind of emptiness that can only be filled with that purple-gray mist, the kind you used to feed to me.
But you know, I think I could do it again. As long as you and the rest of the pack are there, I think I could do it.
I wanna do that thing we used to do. I wanna sit up with you all night, half-whispering secrets back and forth so we don't wake anyone up. The next time we get together, let's do that. I'll stay up with you, and I'll cook something good to eat. We'll spend the night together talking, laughing, doing whatever we want!
That sounds like fun... I hope we can do that sometime.
