It isn't a matter of making things pretty.

Everyone wants to contribute something lovely.

Take it back to an earlier time, and see if there's some way to correct an issue.

Life is a simple mathematic formula, when you think about it.

If you can't solve the problem right away, look at the equation and administer a different solution.

Just think about it.

If there's a problem, you can't rely on others to do your work forever. You have to jump into the equation. Get your fingers dirty, and do some of the work.

The outcome is always more rewarding when you're working for the goal.
