DETAILED PERSONALITY
A cheeky mischief-maker whose main objective is to dish out some SOUL.
The kind of guy who forces malls to put plastic bumps on the handrails outside because he won't stop grinding down them, and gets chased away by old ladies with brooms after trying to paint on their old store walls. He wouldn't ever do anything that would endanger someone's life, though he can't stay away from (mostly) harmless hijinks.
Eccentric and outgoing, he's always the conversation starter, and usually ends up pulling his friends (and possibly others) into whatever bizarre adventure of the day. Loves having fun, and has a knack for making enjoyable an otherwise boring time.
Hesitation leads to missed opportunities, and therefore missed fun, so Marcel rarely thinks about things before he does them. This has gotten him into tons of s**t, but he figures YOU GOTTA TAKE THE BAD WITH THE GOOD, YEAH?
MARCEL'S PAST
Marcel used to live in a world full of other Gargoyles much like himself, but, in general, Gargoyles tend to be TOO SERIOUS. It's all business with them, y'know!? They found Marcel's antics IMMATURE and ANNOYING!
AND SO, Marcel disguised himself as a human and went to Earth in order to spread his grooves to a more receptive audience!
ALTERNATE FORM
3'4'', blackish grey skin, with green slitted eyes and a small tuft of black hair on the top of his head. He has slits for nostrils like some reptiles, a beak-like mouth, and a very small ivory horn towards the end of his face.
Usually bipedal, his feet have two front claws and one back claw, and his hands have four claws each.
Several parts of him are shaped like musical notes: he has two horns like quavers, wings, like sixteenth notes, a tail, like a bass clef, and his ears are vaguely treble clef shaped.
In this form he is also never without his headphones.
