Eye colour: Yellow, with a slit pupil and a black sclera (the white of the eye)
Hair: Black, to her neck, parted on HER right, with a purple stitch-shaped clip in it.
Body type: 4'9'', pale, petite, flat chest. From her elbows down, her arms become dark purple and end in big monster hands with yellow designs on the backs, going up her arm.
Short personality: Sociopathic, arrogant, selfish, power-hungry, manipulative, able to put up an incredibly charismatic front.
Distinguishing features: Her hair clip, her huge monster hands, her eyes, her strange well of charm.
Outfits: Anything tomboyish, though she'd probably wear a skirt or dress so long as it isn't super frilly or pink.

DETAILED PERSONALITY
Rory is a budding sociopath with severe conduct disorder. This means she is a compulsive rule breaker, and is constantly infringing upon the personal rights of everybody around her-- and because she has no concept of empathy, and cannot relate to other people at all, she can't grasp the concept of her actions hurting those around her. Frankly, she doesn't really see why it matters, either.
She is arrogant and selfish. There is almost nothing she won't do to get her way, and she sees other people merely as tools to use to get to where she wants to be.
Incredibly manipulative, Rory is able to put up an incredibly charismatic appearance in order to get what she wants, or to get out of punishment if she gets caught pushing her peers around.
Power-hungry. She yearns to be in a position where absolutely nothing she does goes questioned, and where she can get away with anything-- which is what leads her to make the wish that would eventually result in her current state.
When she's knocked off her high horse or called out on her game, she completely loses her cool and becomes outright hostile, too flustered to think straight.
RORY'S PAST
From an early age, Rory was constantly getting in trouble at school for bullying her peers, backtalking her teachers, and generally being a troublemaker. After multiple punishments, she eventually began honing her ~girlish charms~ (along with dabbling in the sacred arts of bullshitting, playing dumb, lying, blackmail, intimidation, and manipulation)-- all so that she could continue her reign of terror with as little interruptions as possible.
Despite a relatively smooth run from there, Rory knew there were still things she couldn't get away with-- and so, she made an off-hand wish that she could be a big, scary monster, so nobody would challenge or question her, and she could do anything she wanted.
Somebody must have been listening, because shortly thereafter, she came across a strange hairclip that, when worn, began slowly changing her into a literal monster.
