Uhg..........I have been having nightmares lately...I don't remember them when I wake up but I'm pretty stressed and tired when I wake up.......... I tired not to sleep last night......I would have been fine...I didn't want any more nightmares. I am afraid...............afraid to sleep. I stayed awake till 3:30am.............then a boring comertial ruined it all. I don't remember what really happened.........but it was another nightmare. It wasnt as bad as the others i think.........but it still was pretty bad. I remember only a few "screenshots", as you could call it, from my dreams and nightmares. I cannot discribe them though. 	I used to have rather disdurbing nightmares as well but I never lost sleep over them, but the good thing about nightmares is that they're just dreams, you can't control them but you can think about them and try to figure out there cause, or just will yourself to stop having them, which works for me. Most of mine are me rolling off of something a plumiting into an endless darkness, but then I stop and then like I'm in a big room where I'm watching all the people that I like being killed by people I hate and I just watch, can't do anything. Or sometimes I'm the one killing them. I did have one where Jordy turned into a big red dragon and leveled the town of Halifax. Killing us all, I think that's why I hate him so much...
