Narrator's POV
It is a dark and gloomy day today. Not a sign of the sky or sunlight anywhere. Much like the girl is feeling, in that car driving this way. A little house at the edge of town, it doesn't seem all that bad. But she's is savoring ever last moment of the peaceful car ride…a time when she can just relax and stare into the nothingness around her.
Raven Hauman's POV
"Looks like we are here!....Oh don't give me that look Raven, I know you will get used to it here. In fact I think you will grow to like it." Says my Mother with an incredibly annoying look on her face. 'Well, isn't this lovely, a cutesy little house in a cutesy little town where a good friend is scarce. Just lovely.'
Narrator's POV
The girl named Raven goes into her house and has a disgusted and uninterested look for the majority of the time. The moment her Mom is done showing her the house she get's her belongings and heads strait to her room.
Raven's POV
'Hmm, I guess my room isn't all that bad. Now if I would get a laptop or something it would be even better, but considering the situation, this is fairly nice. I guess I should put my stuff away.' I arrange the furniture to that the head of my bed is laying next to the window leading to the back yard and that my bookshelf is near it too. I love to read, by book shelf is full of interesting and dark tales. My mother always criticizes my taste asking if I worship the Devil or s**t like that. It annoys me so much I could punch her right in the face......but I have enough self-control and sense not to. I'm not an incredibly fast reader, I haven't even read half of the books yet, but that doesn't stop me from reading. "Hey Raven, the principle just called and agreed to give you a few days to get used to it here before you go to school so you will go to school on Thursday." "Okay..." 'Well, today is Sunday so I have quite a bit of time to do ******** nothing. I have some money that I've been saving up, a whoping 25 bucks...but I autta walk around town tomorrow and get some random crap to keep me entertained.' It is 10:00 right now and Im not all that into staying up ridiculously late to I can mope around thinking about things that suck so I go and brush my teeth and get in a t-shirt and long shorts and go to bed. My dreams are better than reality, so this is the best part of the day.
