Gluten Free Fruit Oatmeal Bars
1 Cup Butter
1 Cup Packed Brown Sugar
2 Cup Gluten Free Flour (or all purpose flour )
½ tsp Baking Soda
¼ tsp Salt
3 Cups Gluten Free Oats (or just Oats if you don’t have a wheat/gluten allergy )
3 Cups Any Fruit Jelly, Jam, or Apple Sauce
Preheat over 350
Grease a 9×13 pan
Combine Butter, Sugar, Flour, Baking Soda, Salt, and Oats
Mix together well
Press 2 Cups of the mixture into the bottom of pan
Spread Fruit preserves over top
Sprinkle remaining mixture on top of fruit preserves
Bake 35-40 Minutes
Makes 12 Servings
