(Lit. Many Blades) Though this blade normally appears as a simple katana (As pictured with Yuugiri), when paired with is Ginseisoku, not only can it be split into multiple swords, but its total mass can be made increased to something similar to the Samehada.
Techniques - Jutsus
• Metal Style: Earth Conversion ⇨ Unranked ⇨ Supplementary
When using this technique, any member of the Kensei clan can convert any known earth style technique into a metal style technique. This conversion takes a one post charge, but is not jutsu specific and can be maintained for up to two posts. Only B rank and lower jutsu can be used while maintaining this charge. Jutsu converted in this manner are counted as two letter ranks higher than normal.

When using this technique Yuugiri can cause any blade to emit a slash of chakra that will travel up to 10 feet from the blade's tip matching the slash's arc as the size of the projected slash. This technique can not cut deeper than one inch and can not cut through steel. If guarded with a kunai, or small object the slash will immediately dissipate.
• Flying Boulder Technique ⇨ C - Rank ⇨ Offensive
By applying a level of force and chakra to the ground beneath the user, be it stone or dirt, the user can cause a rock about 3 feet in diameter to erupt from the ground. From here, the user can easily send it flying in any given direction on a linear path only. The speed matches that of the average shinobi.
• Hidden in Water Technique ⇨ C - Rank ⇨ Supplementary
Being exactly the same as the Hiding Like a Mole technique, this jutsu functions that same in every way, but with water.
• Black Rain ⇨ C - Rank ⇨ Supplementary
Once activated a cloud about 10 feet in diameter will emerge roughly 20 feet above ground that can be steered by the user for 2 posts. This cloud rains down an oil like substance that's nearly twice as flammable and slightly explosive.
• Earthen Spear ⇨ B - Rank ⇨ Offensive
By forcing a large amount of the user's chakra into the ground, generally through their feet, the user can send a stream of stone pillars at the enemy. Their movement speed is no greater than the average shinobi's, but each pillar will extend about three feet from the ground, with the eruption speed being very high. Their angles are easily adjustable by the user. The maximum distance this jutsu can "travel" is twenty feet.
• Quicksand Expansion ⇨ B - Rank ⇨ Supplementary
By stabbing an object infused with his chakra into the ground, Yugiri can create a pulse that causes the resulting area to become quicksand. This pulse's expansion is relatively slow moving at only one foot a second, but its direction can be controlled by Yuugiri. Should the object be removed from the ground, the quicksand will return to its normal state. This jutsu can only be used in areas with actual stone or dirt floors.
• Steel Armor ⇨ B - Rank ⇨ Defensive
When using this technique Yuugiri can turn his outer layers of skin into a steel like substance, which he can manipulate very easily in order to allow for flexible movements. When in this state Yuugiri can essentially ignore kunai, shuriken and the like, as well as any C rank or lower techniques within logical reason. Fire and lightning techniques however, will not only deal greater damage due to the conducting nature of steel, but will immediately deactivate the technique.

(Lit. Silver Mist) Expanding on the hidden mist technique, this jutsu places a level of Metal Release chakra that puts a more metallic appearance into the vapor particles and makes seeing much harder. It also even further disrupts chakra sensory techniques than normal, blocking even A rank sensory techniques. The metal contained in the vapor is far from dangerous, but prolonged exposure can provide extreme agitation to exposed skins and if you were to fall into a condensed puddle, it would surely cut you a bit. As soon as the mist is taken into the body however, the metal chakra is immediately diffused by the chakra within said person's body. The initial eruption of this mist appears as more of an expanding dome of metal that can and will cut anyone within five feet of the user. The final expansion of this technique is a 30 foot radius from the user's starting point.
• Ginseisoku ⇨ A - Rank ⇨ Supplementary
(Lit. Claimed Silver) When using this technique, Yuugiri can manipulate any exposed steel that he is either touching, or has his chakra inside. This steel can have its shape molded in any way he so desires, and can have its volume expanded by 50% of its original level, giving it some room to create larger things.
• Bond of Steel ⇨ S - Rank ⇨ Supplementary
Derived from tales of the fourth hokage's great feats, Yuugiri has developed a similar technique that is arguably better than Minato's Flying Thunder God. Using this technique Yuugiri can teleport in the same manner as Minato to any metal he has touched in the last three posts, or any metal that contains his chakra. This technique can only be used twice a battle and only once every 3 posts. For non-combative story purposes only, he can teleport to any metal held by an ally that he knowingly marked with this technique.
Significant Conditions
Yuugiri is blind in his right eye. However, while his visual field has now been limited, it is much sharper and Yuugiri is now better at tracking movements with his left eye.
Achievements
Yugiri went down in history as the youngest shinobi to ever be named a Kage. Yugiri became the new Mizukage at age 17. It is said that his skills with a sword are unrivaled.

Kouton - "Steel Release"
Description
Being a simple Element Clan, Kouton is only divided into stages based more so on skill level. However, advancing through the stages is not quite as simple as just practicing with your jutsu:
Stage 1 of 3
The first stage of kouton is unlocked at birth. The user's earth jutsu are abnormally durable and difficult to break requiring a jutsu of one rank higher to break them. At this time the user can only support C rank and lower metal jutsu.
Stage 2 of 3
The second stage of kouton is unlocked when the user truly fears that they might die and need to protect themselves. At this point the user unlocks the ability to transmute any earth style jutsu into a steel jutsu. Steel jutsu created this way are considered one rank higher during use only and still obey the rules of the improved earth jutsu of stage one, giving them a two rank advantage. Something to note is that, even with the two grade advantage, no S rank jutsu can be overcome by a steel rank jutsu unless it is logically so. Those in stage two can create up to A rank steel jutsu.
Stage 3 of 3
While this stages conditions are arguably easier to meet than the last, as they say, "An empty cup can not fill another." To unlock this stage, rather than fearing for your own life, you must fear for that of another's so greatly that you would jump in the path of the attack meant to kill them. Those in possession of stage three maintain all bonuses of the last two stages and can now create up to S rank steel jutsu.

Background
The Kensei clan are long since descended from the survivors of the Land of Samurai. When introduced into the world of shinobi they're skills with metal work strangely began to increase over the years. Eventually, they came to realize that were not so different from the shadowy tricksters around them. It was then, when they began to consider themselves allies that this kekkei genkai was awakened.
In an effort to maintain this peace, and show their bond, the people of the Kensei clan continued to study the way of the sword and often devoted their lives to protecting those around them. Yugiri, the new Mizukage, is said to be the strongest member of the Kensei family to have ever lived.
