Goodness, this campaign was a mess, basically chaotic. I don’t know if that’s a good or bad thing. There are some parts that annoy the s**t out of me such as the enemies getting cheap shots during cutscenes (which can be a pain when you’re already on low health). Or there are moments where the quick time events happens too fast that it’s nearly impossible for anyone to get it the first time (kinda goes for the rest of the campaigns as well). I don’t know if it’s just Chris campaign but it was repetitive to me. I hope the other two aren’t like that.
But overall is was amusing and fun to play when you look over the annoying issues with it. I enjoy the ending, despite the sadness of it. When I really think about it, it was the ending that redeem the campaign for me. I liked it that much. It made a person emotional because they wish it didn’t end like that. When video games can make you care for a character then that’s a good thing.
The campaign was definitely a lot more action and it caters for people who enjoy that aspect in games. So it’s not surprising that it’s different from Leon’s because both characters have different roles and different methods to achieve similar goals. I wonder what Jake’s and Sherry’s campaign will be like because I heard it’s unique.
