Lately I’ve been seeing people post their rants about those who are complaining about DmC. But the thing is, I have yet to see those posts that they’re talking about. I know because I do check the Devil May Cry tag daily. And the few posts that do complain aren’t on DmC’s Dante appearance. When I think back on them, they were not complaining, they were actually just stating their opinions on why they’re skeptical about it.
They stopped complaining about DmC’s Dante appearance a LONG time ago. Also, those complaining about the suppose complainers, don’t do their homework on the game. It’s hard to take them seriously because it sounds like they’re just discover the game (more so for those that claim they’re hardcore fans). Their lack of basic knowledge of the game, lets everyone know that they didn’t look more deeply into the what’s going on with the game, and the why people are on the edge about it.
If they did, they would’ve known that it’s not Devil May Cry 5. It’s a reboot. And it’s not a prequel, saying it is implies that it’s directly related to the original series. It’s has nothing to do with the original, it takes place in a alternative universe. That’s why in a lot of articles and in interviews they’re calling DmC: Devil May Cry a reboot. It’s a big difference.
