Okay, so I didn't order the REAL thing (something nigh impossible for a job-less high schooler from a family that's having a bit of financial difficulty at the moment like me!), but a while ago I ordered the infamous Dream of Lolita SC replica, and it was finally shipped to the US today!! heart
For the longest time, Sugary Carnival has been my dream dress, but I know that I probably won't be able to afford the real thing until I have a decent paying job, of which there are hardly ANY around me (did I ever mention the suburb I live in is WAY farther on the rural scale than the urban scale? And that all the farms that ARE around here are exclusively family-owned and don't really need any help?), so this replica was a lifesaver!! I do feel a bit bad about buying the replica though, as I am generally against art theft, so when I have the funds I'll be sure to purchase the real thing (maybe in lavender this time?!).
Anyhow, I ordered the jsk version in black with the matching headbow, as well as a pair of white bloomers which, with any luck, will fit better than the black Bodyline ones I own (I thought I'd be able to fit into those with no problem, but I forgot to take into account that most of the smaller Asian girls that any Lolita brand tends to accomodate don't have thunder thighs like me :X ).
I'm super excited about this!! Hopefully it'll arrive at my house before I get back from vacation!! heart
