My insane writings.
Chap 3.

"Great. ******** fantastic. We got about 70 dead civilians, several dead soldiers, and a dead commander. Great. And WE are to blame for all of this. It's a shame how war plays out in the eyes of the "innocent"." Alex said, very irritated.
"I know. According to the news, we went in, with a "No Holds Barred" plan to "Slaughter all Innocents" and leave no survivors." Kit replied. We were all angry, considering all we were trying to do was protect people. Like Alex, said, it's a shame how war plays out in the eyes of the so called innocent.
"I have something I gotta deal with. You guys, just stay here and if we need something, alert me. I'll keep my frequencer on, but the tracker is off. Alex, I need to talk to you before I go. In private." I announced. I took him outside, and he asked me what's up.
"I need you to explain to them about my past. You know, before I was....turned. They don't know anything, even Elizabeth and Danni. Just the memories before I left. They gotta know. Me and you are the only survivors of the M.F.U. and the I.D.A.S.S. They need to understand the hell I went through."
"Right. I'll do it, but tell me where you're going."
"To meet Jeremy. He asked me to meet him, through a Biotic Wave pulse. Why, I don't know. But he told me where, so i'm going. I dunno when i'll be back."
"Alright. I'll make sure they know."
"Thanks." I was grateful. Very grateful.

As I was moving along, at a brisk pace thanks to the PX-45, an all purpose movement tool allowing distortion of gravity, and my Biotic abilities, it came to my mind that we were set up. All along, Tracksuit had set us up. Of course. A ploy to make the public hate us even more. Recruit people for this Solace army, or even the Empire. War is some bullshit. A fact I know too well.

I stood there, staring at it. Of course he would meet me here. The Memorial for all of the fallen in the raid on the infected homepoint. A mission I was supposed to die in. Instead, everyone around my team died. Sacrifice for a meaningless cause. Hmph. One death, or thousands? Was that the choice that day, or was it a thousand deaths or the end of humanity? I'll never know.
"Hey. It's about time you showed up." I said, knowing he was walking up behind me.
"Yeah, I was sidetracked." He was clothed in a black cloak, something very odd for him. He reached in his cloak, pulled out a cigarette and lit it.
"When did you take up smoking?" I asked him.
"A while ago. Stress gets to ya. Going in and outta stasis, wiping out horde's of freaks, fighting against other ubelmen like us."
"Ubelmen. Feh. Who the hell made up that term? All we are are some freaks from a lab experiment gone wrong, and it used to be bad to be one. Now if you have the money, you can become one." I said, disgusted.
"I know. War has changed. And the more things change, the more they stay the same. Always glorified in the eyes of the public. But only when you die."
"Yeah. Glorify the dead, hate the living. Which only works if they died a true hero. Fighting for the ideals and beliefs of their own, not something imposed by a monarchy or leadership. Now a days, if you arn't getting shipped off, you deserve to be pelted with rocks. And if you fight for your nation, you deserve to be shot. Nothing makes sense anymore."
"Shh, I hear something." I could sense it, too. He must have felt the same. He drew his weapon, and made sure it was loaded.
"Hmm... Pulse says it's a party of four, one of em a Necro-ubel, controlling about six or seven monstrosities, and another is a ******** Mutant. A big one, too. Covered in chains, wielding a sword. When have they been able to use weaponry?"
"I dunno, but get ready." Suddenly, the tree's near us burst into flame, and the ground to the right was a giant frozen pillar.
"********! A Cryotic and a Pyrotic. Plus a Necro and a Muntant. Can we handle this?"
"We can try!" Then, the Mutant hit. A giant, black, horrid thing, covered in spines and swinging a sword like a tooth-pick. A ball of flame went shooting toward's Jeremy, and I caught it in a biotic sphere and sent it back. It was frozen.
"Great." Jeremy jumped beside me, and then they lined up. Two girls, a boy, and the mutant. The Necro was a girl in a dirty gray dress, with thread down her arms to control her creatures. The Cryo couldn't be older than 15, with icy blue hair with a red ribbon in it, and a sky blue dress. The Pyro was in a brown vest, jeans and had red hair in a strange crewcut. Then there was the Mutant.
"Adamska. Jeremy. We are here for your lives. Surrender, and it will be swift." The Necro said.
"Uh huh. And my Aunt Mabel's pancake's taste god awful." Jeremy said, before swiftly unloading the clip of his AR15 towards them. The Mutant didn't even flinch, he hit the Cryo in the shoulder, and I swear she started crying. The Pyro charged, and I struck him down with the blunt of my hunting blade. Dumbass. The Necro used her "dolls" to protect herself, and sent them after us. I hacked away at them, while he delt with the Mutant. Then, we jumped back side to side. We were panting.
"Wanna switch?" He asked me.
"Sure...Wait. Jeremy.. I just realized it. Look at her dolls."
"Yeah? So what? I don't see-.. Oh my God. You little b***h. I'm gonna kill you. I'm gonna tear you in half, you ******** b***h!" He leaped at her, trying to slash her in half with his Ka-Bar extended with his Biotic's. There, were the bodies of Mitch, Mop, Free, Jeremy's Sister, his best friend Ace, and a strange, mixed contortioned form of his wife and daughter. The Mutant swung at me, and I rolled to the side.
"******** you, you little whore!" He said as he impailed the Ka-Bar into the side of her head. Then the Pyro got up and leapt at him, to which her turned around, slashed him across the chest, and then blew out his jaw before unloading the rest into his heart. The Cryo simply sat there, motionless, still weeping. Jeremy didn't go near her. The Mutant kept swiping at me, and all I could do is dodge. Jeremy leapt behind him, and slashed at his back. He turned around, and I took my opening. I leapt upon it's shoulder, shoved my Hunting Blade in it's shoulder, which my hunting blade is a full sized katana with no hand guard and a serrated part at the bottom. Then, I ripped out a chunk of it's neck, before hacking away at the rest. He went to slice me in half with his sword, and I leapt, and he ended up slicing himself in the wound, getting the sword stuck. I took control of it using my Biotic abilities, raised it, and then cut him in half with his own weapon.
"Well, that was a pointless struggle." Jeremy said as he pulled out another cigarette and lit it.
"I know. What about...Her? Do you wanna kill her or what?" At this, she looked up, and cryed even more. Her tears were beginning to freeze.
"I dunno." I walked over to her, calmly, and she looked at me.
"Don't.....hurt.... ME!" With the eruption of the last word, everything around her was frozen, and a giant spiked ball of ice formed around her. I was surprised, but I continued to walk towards her. I waved away the ice, and picked her up.
"No one's gonna hurt you. What's your name?" I asked her.
"Ch...Ch.... Chirise. But my friends called me Chiru..." She said. I set her on my shoulder.
"How old are you, Chiru?"
"11....Don't hurt me... Please..."
"I'm not. Infact, you're coming with me to meet some friends."I looked at Jeremy.
"11 and she has already somewhat mastered her powers. She could be an asset."
"I know. You really wanna raise her?"
"Sure. I like her."
"Alright. I'm gonna clean up here. You go back home. I'm gonna give Free, Mitch and Mop the burials they deserved, and burn the bodies of Sarah, Sadie, Ace and my little Jen."
"Alright." I started off, and she asked me where we were going.
"My home, a place with nice people."
"But.. Ms. Lenit said not to trust strangers..."
"Then why do you trust me?"
"Because you're different. Like me. I was made fun of because I was different. Ever since I was born."
"Really? Well, where we're going, no one will make fun of you."
"Thank you. Gracyen said you were evil, but I don't think so. You're a nice man, Adamska."
"Thanks, and call me Alexander. Also, i'm not a man. I'm only 18."
"Really, You act older."
"Thank you." At that, she smiled. Lucky me. I found an addition to the team.
