Chap 12.

We stormed our way in, and encountered no resistance.
"Strange. I'm not even picking up audio signals." Lo'rial said.
"I'm feeling a bit weird about this..." Kindert said.
"A team of thirteen strong shouldn't be hard to miss." Danni said. We advanced our way to the main hall, and in the throne room, sure enough, was the royal family. The queen acted to get up, and without even a second thought I hurled my hunting blade into her heart, pinning her to her throne.
"You...You vile demon!" The prince said, and the rushed me from the side. I didn't even look at him, I just drew my revolver and shot him. I didn't even need Biotics. He dropped like a rock.
"Ho hum."
"Really? I just impaled your wife and shot your son, and all you say is 'Ho hum.'?"
"Quite. I knew it was going to happen anyways." He said, calmly.
"So, you don't care you're gonna die today?"
"Please. I'm not dying today, not matter how strong you may be." With a wave of his hand, his entire personal guard appeared.
"Great."
"Now, you may think these men are ordinary humans, but no. They are Biotics, quite like you."
"Wonderful."
"Now, guardsmen. Kill them." I stepped forward, and teleported my team out of there. Only I was left. Then, my body was filled with lead. In my final moments, I let the wolf take over.

"What the hell just happened?" I asked aloud. We were on some cliff, that you could see the Capitol City from.
"I dunno Alex. All I remember is hearing the Emperor say 'Kill them' and then here."
"Where's Blind?" Elizabeth asked.
"Yeah, where is he-" He words were over shadowed by the great beam of light we saw. Right at the palace. Like a satellite laser. From the looks, it vaporized the entire Capitol Building. Suddenly, the Wolves Reunion militia was appearing, like we were.
"Huh?"
"What?"
"Where are we?" Then, Jeremy approached us. I had no idea he was even here.
"Do you know what just happened?"
"Yeah, did he do some ultimate Biotic attack or something?" Danni asked.
"No. He's dead." He said it. Plain and simple.
"But...How? The beam. The light."
"It's kind of a defense mechanism. Last resort more like it. When a Biotic dies, and lets his otherform take over, THAT will happen. Hopefully eliminating what killed the Biotic.
"So that's it? He's dead?"
"Yup. He might come back. Who knows."
"What do you mean, COME BACK?!" Danni yelled.
"A kid like him isn't gonna let the Reaper rule over him. I wouldn't be surprised if he went drinking with the Reaper and came back here."
"So, he pretty much can never die?" Elizabeth asked.
"Oh, he can die, it's just if he chooses to stay dead. Although, sometimes, he might not have a choice."
"Great."
"He told me before we dispatched, we needed to head out along the beach once it's finished. He said we'd know where we were supposed to go when we got there."
"Of course."
"Well, lets tell the Militia, and get out of here." We moved on. We could morn later.
