When studying subjects such as sleep and eating be proactive and:
-place a pillow where you think your head will land.
- have a quantity of carrot sticks or apples on hand in case your stomach starts growling.
- Walk around and study your notes... it might keep you awake... if it doesn't make sure you wrapped yourself in pillows. There's nothing worse then waking up with a large black and blue bump on your head.
- if all else fails read your notes really fast and skip to the brain damage section of your psychology notes.
