Well Here is the first of What I hope to be many chapters of this story of mine on with the episode one An Ironic Duo.

(2nd Person Narration)
The scene before us now is of two young men entering a small village. What is known about it is that it is a part of a Desert Region. This is the condition of about a third of the world but, at this moment that is beside the point. Anyway back to our travelers. What they truly look like is concealed by their clothing. The taller of the two of them stood at about six feet tall, and wore a dark brown cloak over his clothes covering the most of his body. All that was seen were his sky blue pants and white shoes. The smaller male of about three inches had on a dark blue over coat with his hood covering his head. His coat went down to his knees and from what was seen he had on a black under shirt and white pants as well as black boots. Although they seemed to be well the smaller of the two men was limping every few steps.
Upon entering the village they received a few glares from a few people because of their appearance. They soon came across a man in his late thirties. "What brings you here boys?" questioned the man.
"None of your concern," said the smaller of them in an uninterested tone while looking around.
"Be Polite Emilio," says the taller of the two in the way one would scold a younger sibling.
"Well I just think the old man mind his own business Trey," retorted Emilio.
The youth now known as Trey then looked to the man and said, "Sorry about his behavior," he then looked at Emilio and said, “my brother and I have been traveling for a while and well he's a little angry at ..."
He wasn't able to finish for the man said, "At what?!" in a fearful tone.
"At the fact that about fifty yards from here we were attacked by Mind Demons." said Emilio while glaring at the man from under his hood.
"Oh my" Said the man as he looked the over the two of them. "Why don't you boys come with me to my home and I can inform you outsiders of why this happened." As he led the way his eyes wandered over to Emilio who he saw him limping every so often. His eyes also saw what looked like a trail of blood that led where the two came from.
"Certainly," replied a relieved Trey when the man began to walk away.
"Are you sure about this Trey?" asked Emilio a few seconds later.
"Yeah it may be for the best if we know what happened and why we were attacked." With that said Trey began to speak to the man to learn more while Emilio stayed behind listening to the conversation all the while looking at the land every so often. During the walk to the man's home they found out that his name was Will and he lived in his home with his daughter Kate.
When they arrived at the home they were soon greeted by Will's daughter. She had brown hair and matching eyes. She was shorter then Emilio and she seemed to be in her late teens. Her response upon seeing them was a slight glance at Emilio as she greeted her father. "Hello Father, why are you home so early?"
Will then pointed at the two and said, "As you can see I have brought a few newcomers to our home."
"Is it the Dragons?" asked a hopeful Kate. At her question the two guests looked at one another and back at the family with a questioning glance.
At the look Will sighed and then spoke to his daughter. "No, but we do owe them our hospitality." He looked at his daughter and then said, “Emilio was injured by a Mind Demon," Kate then simply walked over to Emilio.
"I'm fine," said Emilio who was standing as if he wasn't injured. "Wait we've never met before and from what I can tell your father hasn't said who we are. How did you know I was Emilio?" He then looked at Will and was about to ask how he knew he was even hurt and remembered how he was limping.
"Well my powers that I received allow me to see injuries and other things that others might not, my dad also has this ability," Answered Kate before he could say anymore.
"That’s Rare," said a slightly surprised Trey
(Trey: The powers that this family possesses are no different than that of the power that was gained from when the world became the Regions. I have seen many different powers in my travels but this empathetic like power is a new one to me.)
"What is," Questioned Will. As his daughter begin to help the other young man.
"Well in our travels we have mainly encountered those who use Mind Demons." He then paused as he looked over to Kate who was talking to Emilio, "And those who didn't use them, had different abilities."
"Oh I see," said Will
Trey then looked at Will and asked," Is this why you let us in your home? Your powers I mean and how you where able to tell what was wrong with Emilio."
"Yes and no," He was about to add more to what he said when.
"YOU WANT ME TO WHAT!?!?!?" Yelled Emilio.
"I can't fix your wound if you don't," said a calm Kate.
"I said I was fine," was Emilio’s flustered retort. Though they couldn’t see him blushing with his hood covering his head.
"Be that as it may, you two are staying here and I don't want your blood to staining our furniture." Was Kate's counter to Emilio’s retort. Emilio was taken aback by the counter and a little confused as to what was said to him.
"Umm ah w-who said we were staying?"
"Will here, offered us a place to stay for the time being." Trey then looked over to him and continued by saying, "Besides I'm pretty sure that he needs to tell us something important."
Emilio then looked over to Trey while saying, “I guess we don't got much of a choice now, do we," He then looked at Kate who had her arms crossed waiting for him to say something, “Just give me some gauze to wrap and I'll wrap my leg myself." When she handed him the gauze he immediately began to wrap his left leg all the while thinking, ‘there is no way in hell I'm giving you my pants.'
"Okay you can put your coats in the closet right there," said Kate while pointing at the closet.
"I'd like to keep it on." said the two in question at the same time, surprising the family with their sudden outburst.
"Heh, suit yourselves," said Will as he shrugged his shoulders and took his seat in the living room of his home. When everyone was seated well in Emilio’s case leaning against the wall. He began to tell the youths of what was going on in his home. “Well as to why you boys were attacked by Mind Demons." he then looked off to the side before continuing, "The problem has been two locals who summon them."
"Locals?" asked Trey while analyzing the situation for any more clues and such.
Kate nodded while trying to see their faces under their hoods. After seeing that she couldn't she continued where her father left off. “They summon them and the Demons wreak havoc. A little while later they come in and destroy or unsummon them." She then scowled as she said the last part, "And then they bask in the glory of being false heroes while taking payment for the heroic deeds."
"So I take it your empathetic powers is what lets you know that this is all a hoax." said Trey making his hypothesis known.
"Umm yeah," said Kate and she then looked over to Trey curious as to what he meant but, was answered by Emilio.
"He means that your powers let you know whose ki that they have." was the answer that he gave moving from the wall and taking a seat on the couch. "And what Trey meant by Empathetic was the name he gave to you and your dads gift."
"And when you found out the cause of this you contacted the Dragons," summed up Trey as he continued, “and we were attacked because we came into town cause they thought that we would end their deal they have here."
"Yeah that’s about it," said Will taking in what was said to him, he then asked," So you know of them?"
"We don't know too much about the group we know what we’ve heard from rumors," was Trey's answer.
"So what Dragons did ya send for?" asked Emilio as he crossed his arms as if expecting what the answer was.
"We sent for Sasaki no Kaze and his sidekick." said Kate in a very dazed tone all the while putting her hands together and leaning her head on them.
"Wow I think that makes an even eight Sasaki fan girls Trey," said Emilio while he started to get up.
(Emilio: The truth is Sasaki no Kaze has so much fan girls that I lost count. So I figured it easier to say a number divisible by four and less than one hundred. As for his partner well I honestly don't know too much. Assuming that this sidekick is a Dragon that is.)
"What makes you think I want Sasaki!!?” Kate yelled coming out of her daze at the word fan girl.
"Well it’s getting late where are the beds at," asked Emilio changing the subject calmly as if what was said earlier never was said. "Besides that I think she’s in denial," was said under his breath.
"Oh the spare bedroom is the first door to the left." said Kate missing the insult. It was when Emilio entered the room the words hit their meaning. "Wait what did you just say,"
"You heard me," was the only response she got other then the snoring that came after. The rest of the conversation that followed was on whom they should avoid and just a few stories that Trey told of his travels. After about an hour or so of talking the rest of the house went to sleep for the night. Well the family did. The guests got up early on in the morning to take their leave. "Well we've learned what we could let’s go."
"How’s your leg?"
"Its fine nothing to worry about,"
"Well let’s get outta here before the fireworks start,"
The next day began with a scream as the father and daughter were attacked by Mind Demons. The family was also able to see the two responsible for all of this trouble happening in the village. The first of the two wore a red trench coat, black pants, steel toed boots and he had red hair. He stood about six foot two, “You stupid girl, I can't believe you thought that by sending in help you would be able to stop our free ride."
"Chad, Stop fooling around we need these two dead." said the other man. He stood a good five foot ten. He had blond hair and wore a grey hoody, black pants and a pair of blue shoes.
"Fine Scott, take away the fun in all of this." said the red head known as Chad. With that said they sent their Mind Demons at the father and daughter. When the Demons came closer time seemed to stand still. When from seemingly out of nowhere the three that went to attack were kicked back by Emilio as Trey appeared next to the family. At seeing this Chad yelled, "You two again I thought that you were dead and devoured from all of the blood and the fact that there was no trace of you."
Trey then looked at them calmly and said, “Those things are scavengers the weakest of the demons." He then looked at Emilio and then counted a dozen of them. “You won't win,"
(Trey: As stated earlier Scavengers are the weakest of all the Mind Demons. Though they are weak they’re still strong enough to kill someone who isn't trained well enough for the defense against them. They also eat the victims of their attacks. The most notable thing about them is their middle fingers that have taken the form of two feet long blades.)
"Get them," Commanded Scott as he chose to stay behind and watch. With that said the two defending the family jumped into action as all twelve of the Scavengers charged and their deadly blades formed. One of which had already been through the left leg of Emilio.
"Guys please stop," pleaded Kate with tears in her eyes and worry in her heart for the two friends she and her father had made. "Emilio your still hurt," The two of them ignored the girl as they jumped into the battle. As the fight went on it was easy to see that the two men without faces were going to as Emilio was able to burn through a good lot of them. As he would kick at them with calm precision and strength they would be engulfed in flames. The way Trey fought caused his foes to kill each other moving at surprising speeds for someone his size to kill each other. This went on until there were about four left of the twelve that Scott and Chad were able to summon. It was at this point that there was a visible red stain on Emilio’s left leg covering his bandages signifying his wound had reopened.
"You okay?" asked Trey when he saw Emilio’s step falter as they were surrounded by the remaining four. While they were fighting they were able to keep the family and the attackers separated. Emilio and Trey were able to do this by sending attacks with their ki at the false heroes.
"I'm fine," was Emilio’s answer, as he was going over the situation in his head, "let’s use the obliteration spell,"
"Are you sure you can use it?" questioned Trey not sure of what the possible outcome.
"It'll work besides we need to save what’s left of our energy for those two," said Emilio as he ducked an attack at his head. He was able to kick the one that attacked him away. The two of them then stood back to back and set their hands in a position as if they were praying. The scavengers began to charge their helpless prey. They were captured by a green energy destroying the last of them.
When the dust cleared Emilio then taunted, "Okay twelve down two to," he didn't finish because a hidden scavenger attacked aiming for his head. He was able to duck away from the attack but, his hood wasn't too lucky. The last scavenger was lucky either as it was in half by a blade of wind from Trey's direction only seconds after failing to slay its target. "Go," finished Emilio with a bored expression on his face.
The Four left facing each other were then caught off guard by a startled gasp that came from Kate. "That hair, those eyes," She said happy and surprised that the one who she was hoping for would come to help. "It's Sasaki's Sidekick!!!" At that being said Emilio face faulted and Trey started laughing, Will was in complete shock. They all were looking at someone who appeared to be in his late teens and had a calm yet slightly embarrassed look on his face calm violet eyes and silver hair that was slightly spiked
"Oh well can't be helped huh?" asked Trey as he then reached for his cloak. "Well seeing as how our cover is blown let me introduce myself." He then grabbed his cloak and threw it to the ground in one motion. Revealing a guy dressed in a dark blue long sleeve shirt, that had white cross belts over his chest and a scarf around his neck that moved in the wind giving the allusion of him having a cape. His hair was pitch black and spiky and his eyes matched his hair. "If ya haven't guessed my identity from Kate's outburst or my looks let me introduce myself. The names Sasaki no Kaze, Dragon of the Wind." he then smirked as another thought entered his mind, 'Seems like you got yourself a fan girl man.'
The next thing that broke the silence was a sneeze from our silver haired hero. He then pulled out what looked like a badge from his coat and Sasaki did the same except he pulled his out of a pocket from his pants. “Okay Sak which one do you wanna face,"
Sasaki pulled out a coin and said "Heads for the tall one tails for the short guy," Sasaki then flipped the coin and caught it his right hand covering his left palm hiding who would face who.
