Fa'aria's Planning

"Six Gems were separated by the Twelve Dragons. Each Gem contained some of each dragon's power. Two dragons decided what area of the world to make. G'rhim and Gildern created the Forest Of Fa'aria, and made it with the Gem of Fa'aria. Gurghain and Gwidian created the Arctic Tundra of Ahkmehre, and so and so forth. Legend also talks about how each Gem was given some of the Dragon's power. G'hrim harnessed the power of the Earth, able to grow the forest, change the grass colour. And Gildern was given the ability of Wind. Able to create breezes, soft and gentle to hard and vigerous. Each Dragon was given an ability according to their area. and if any Gems were stolen, chaos would be held to those who weren't in posession of such item..." a Mother bird started telling her child, who looked up at the sky, rustling the nest slightly. "but Fa'aria's had been stolen....and time came to a pause on one side. So it was a good thing the Dragons didn't follow the laws and put most power in it. But- the Dragons this time had to make one like all the others, to revive the other half of the forest and continue time on the other half. But because they had to do that, they needed to make sure that no one would steal this Gem. So they created the Guardian of the Forest-" she was cut short by another of her chicks. "Jalupa!" he said in a matter-of-factly way. The mother smiled, nodding her head. "Jalupa stays hidden in that cave over there....just waiting for danger which lurks around. But his presence scares them all away so nothing can scare you....know Jalupa would protect you." the female said. She kissed the birds with her beak and flew off for the Adult meeting. The female sparrow's wings spread open, and she landed on the large log where the mother's awaited the meeting to commence.

The mother bird smiled to the Porcupine, then Badger, Fox, Dog and Turtle. Of course the Legend had been flipped many times and no one had found the real prophecy so everyone made their own story to get the kids to bed, Ms. Sparrow liked keeping it simple and happy. A loud erupting voice towered over all the Mothers. "We are all here." the Head animal, the leader Bear bellowed. Each of the animals nodded and turned their heads. "You may recall that in four days the Two-hundred anniversary of the Fa'aria's second Gem, we must celebrate this like last year. But something that it very decorative that we can get without entering Ahkmehre or Beintgarin. Suggestions?" the old bear asked. It was the Badger who opened her mouth. "Yes. We can use many items and create potpourri and place them in the logs that line the walkways to create a nice fragrence." several nodded in agreement. That was checked for smell. "For entertainment we could have games for the children, or do a reinactment of the Dragons and Jalupa and the Wolves who stole the first Gem." the sparrow mother offered. Everyone quieted, and nodded slowly. Games and Plays, and smells. "For decor we can use the pinecones, and vegetables to stick to the walkway logs," she paused, thinking around the dome tree. "and we could use the Twin Dome trees to add a banner across them." she said sternly. Each nodded. The Twin Domes were two trees taht leaned towards eachother, as if they were one but each looked like it was forced to bend over, looking at eachother. People smiled, shaking their heads saying yes. "And we can all create meals for the feast." she said happily. This was a happy year. But with only four days, even the children would have to help. "It's settled. We shall all go and slipt up into groups. Mrs. Porcupine, take all the kids to start help cooking meals. Only the older ones who know how to cook their family's signature meal." the Porcupine nodded. "Dog, you, me, and Monkey will be placing the Banner on the Dome, and sticking things to the logs" she took a breath, "Sparrow, start working on costume for the play, take the fox family to help set up games a costume and script." Sparrow nodded. "Ms. Badger, take your children and Squirrels, and the entire family of the Jays to go start decorating the logs." "Mr. Turtle, you start telling the animals around your pond to clean it up and add some lillies to it. Fa'aria will never look the same. Dismissed." the bear yelled and the mother's and Turtle, left to go home for sleeping.

Bear looked into the sky, sighing. "If you can hear me, Jalupa, G'hrim and Gildern...please make sure that no harm comes to Fa'aria Forest or the Gem during the festival." she said slowly. The Elder walked away, the pads on her feet smacking the ground. The next four days were going to be work, work, work. If any of the animals finished early, they were sent back to make sure it was the best it could be, or they'd help the others in anything they needed. For tonight, they'd rest, and tomorrow would be huge.

Meanwhile

G'hrim smiled, looking down as the bear called off the meeting a prayed. The green coloured dragon turned to Gildern, the rather white coloured one, stared back. "Yes?" Gildern questioned G'hrim. "We're going to watch over them for the next five days....Bear asked the three of us...Jalupa, you and me." the dragon said, entering Jalupa's cave, to find the reddish fox's eyes fixed out. "I hear you." the fox spoke quietly. "Good....now then- let us sleep...." Gildern spoke cooly, curling into the far back of the cave, and closing his eyes. G'hrim followed, but not Jalupa. He couldn't ever sleep. His powers allowed him to sense danger but, he didn't want to be awakened from it if he could know ahead of time by sounds. That was how he was and no one could change such. Except his creators; G'hrim and Gildern who were already fast asleep.

The Morning

The Rooster's called in the morning, and everyone woke up. Starting with the foxes. "Come children, come with me to Ms. Sparrow's with her kids to start the costumes and the games." the mother called to her kits, who followed. Ms. Sparrow and her kids were waiting around the Staged Grounds. they all met up and started working on the Dragon costumes, and the wolf, and the Jalupa's. The kids worked on some games to play while Ms. Sparrow and Mrs. Fox worked on the costumes.

Badger and her little boy took the Roosters and the Squirrels were combining smells to what smelled good together and put the success ones in the logs. The bad ones were mixed with the others many times to see what was good and bad. Many logs smelled nice, many left. The Badgers kept looking for more items that made it smell even nicer. The others did the same until it seemed like Fa'aria was a fragrence field. Every animal could smell the beauty.

Turtle told the fish around to clean themselves up, polish themselves, and stay up for as long as they could to enjoy the time. Each fish shined brightly, and started to eat the things that floated on top of the surface. From what used to be a mossy old gross murky lake came a crystal shining lake. Frog was bust scooping out the bottom of the pond until you could see the sand below instead of the slimy coating. Turtle held with that and help Frog and the poliwoggs place the lilly pads on top of the water. Each lilly pad had its own beautiful flower that each had its own colour.

Dog was busy with Bear and the Monkies making and sticking the banner up. Then they moved around sticking some pretty sticks, and things on the logs to create the beauty of the forest. So far, not much was done but they had three days left. All deserved well rest, even the kids who were busy with everything.
