Ahh. ACen ended on Sunday, and it's taken till tonight to recover. Well, for the most part. My eye still hurts for some reason. xD
I was kind of surprised at the cosplays I saw. Some were really terrible, others were alright, but there were a lot of really good ones. Like, we saw a perfect Sora cosplay, with the hair done perfectly (and I mean every hair and spike put neatly in their places), and the outfit was great. The only drawback was the shoes, but really, who's going to be able to make shoes like that, let alone find them in a store or online? xD
Also saw a really good Zelda cosplay, a Midna one, and Yuri Hyuga from Shadow Hearts! I wanted to take a picture of him so badly, but I didn't feel like whipping out my camera! T^T
Ah well. Maybe I'll be able to find his picture online soon. The costume was something I could only dream of making. lD
Bought a Chocobo plushie, which has been named my Sexcobo. I love it. Oh, also bought a shirt emulating Rei's plug suit from Evangelion, as well as her clips. Iunno, I just really like Rei for some reason. Anyway! Also got a yukata. It's nice and comfy warm. Dalndox bought one too, and boy does he look awesome in it. >w<
Umm... oh, yeah! He also bought me a little Rei figurine. She's adorable! It's from something called Pinky Street, or something, and you can change her outfits, as well as add bandages and such. I adore bandages, whether in anime or real life. lD
It was nice, spending the night, even if I didn't go to the rave. Really, it was enough just walking everywhere. Going out to dance with random people didn't sound too appealing at that moment. Instead, stole one of the beds in the two story suite we were in, along with several other people, and went to sleep with Dalndox. It was awesome. >w<
I can't wait, now. It was so much fun, I want to be able to go next year like that as well! In fact, I'm looking into several cons that happen soon anyway. I've already told my parents about Youmacon in Michigan, as well as Ohayocon in (you guessed it!) Ohio. My dad wants to go to Michigan, even if it is in Detroit; he basically said it's alright if you stay away from the west side of the city, I believe. My mom, though, doesn't believe my dad, so she wants to go to the Ohio one.
If you're wondering, they want to take a vacation while I'm out at one of the cons. They figured it'd be better than having me stay in a hotel with other people whom they might not know, and in another state. Which I don't mind, really. At least it wouldn't be as cramped. xD
I think I might go to Ohayo, though. Simply because it falls three days short of my 18th birthday, so I can use it to my advantage. I could just tell them it could be my present from them to be able to go then. I'm sure that'd work. :3
Well, I'm done. Really, a lot of the stuff that happened I don't feel like jotting down. All I have to say was there was Rick-rolling involved, as well as many sexual jokes, streaking, and ice. And I am done. :3
