What if I continued the Halo series? This is probably... |

This is probably what it would be like: ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
It was yet another boring scavenging mission for us here on board the R-S/FM 3714 'Gladius'. Or, to be more 'correct' (from Captain Leo's persepctive), patrolling mission. "Hey, what are you doing, Rak?" I asked our (favorite) alien navitor, Rakishnot, as he began going off course. "We're supposed to be heading to the Arbiter region! Listen, you're gonna get us into trouble if you don't turn this ship around before Captain wakes up." "Hold on. I'm getting a weak signal from this area. Could be a destroyed... ship or something. If anything, Captain would be HAPPY I found this." Rak replied. "Fine. But, if you get into trouble, don't expect me to come to your rescue." I warned, fixing my glasses so I could see my data screen better. I checked for any unusual readings and found that he was telling the truth: there was a weak signal. "Hmmm... looks like a distress signal that's about to go out." "You see it, too?" Rak asked, turning his slimy head to look at me. "Good. At least I'm not grimmorias." "What?" "Oh, I meant 'crazy'." Stupid alien language. If I had taken that stupid class, maybe I would understand every little thing he'd say. Ah, so many things I regret. Such as taking this job when I could have stayed on Earth and continued school and blah, blah, blah. But no, I just HAD to join this stupid gang, get myself hurt, saved, and 'recruited' as a mechanic for this stupid ship. It's pretty crappy, too. And strangely, I love it. Maybe because I put most of it together with all these things I've... erm... 'recycled' (or borrowed, whatever's easier).
