Ok, so this time, I am going to talk about working.
As of right now, I am a babysitter... so taxes do not affect me. However, taxes do affect my boyfriend, who works at McDonalds. He gets paid around $5.85, while I get paid only $5.00. But with the income tax taking money out of his paycheck before he gets it, the payments equal out. so we make about the same amount of money per month... with the exception that he works every Saturday and Sunday, and I work every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. So, on average, I earn about $20.00 more than him each month. It still equals out though, because I spend my money before that person across the room can bat an eye... so, it still equals out.
Now, my boyfriend complains about working at Mickey D's, and he says that his boss sucks and is so mean and stuff... but in a way, babysitting is just as hard as working at a so-called grill.
Since when working with younger people, such as a ten year old and a seven year old, there are some difficulties that occur. such as the younger of the two not wanting to read her directions... *cough* it can be frustrating... and with the spelling words... and not wanting to spell them. Or the older one wanting to help with everything that that could possibly need helping with. It is a bittersweet job... only more so if the children are very bad, which these kids are not.... 3nodding
With McDonalds, there are older people who need to deal with the younger, newer people who have little or no experience with working at a fast food place. My boyfriend was once one of these people, but he has worked there for over a year, so is no longer. He is now wanting to quit his job as soon as he can get a job at another place. but he is not able to at this point in time... but whatever
