I've been thinking alot about this 'dragonkin' thing...
At first, I thought there was nothing to it, I did not even know there were others who felt the same. Some would act, and play, as though they would, but it would all be a mask over faces that do not belive, or do not fully belive.
Being a dragon? I had dreams, not visions, just dreams, wishes...
Flying over the mounteins, the sun setting, coloring the sky red, orange and even purple. Flying, the air lifting you up, looking down at the rough land, the color of green climbing up the mountein as plants came alive, racing against my own shadow.
I heard that was called wishfull thinking, dreaming, I do not know.
I remember running down the street, as fast as I could. But I wasnt running, I was flying, I could spread my wings, within my soul, I flew, for the moment, I was over enjoyed, laughing, not feeling silly, ... I ran like that as long as I could, til the end of summer, when the days grew shorter, and the nights colder.
Dreams and games? Visions and Past lives?
I do not know, I do not dwell in the past, never have, and hopefully never will. Thinking to much about things gone wrong, wishes about other paths, wont do you any good. If there was a bump on the road, then just hope you get over the next one too 3nodding you never know how the view is over the hill.
