My neice's mother is once again threatening to take my brother to court for custody of the child!! this is stupid!! she said she would never do something like that again! WHAT THE HECK DOES SHE HAVE AGAINST MY BROTHER?!? She wouldn't win. They look at what's best for the kid. She's just trying to control my bro. The only thing she would have against him in court is that he doesn't have enough money to support her. And that's not enough to win a custody battle. She is so paranoid!!! She's even convinced herself that Mom is gonna take the kid away to mexico and never bring her back *rolls eyes* chya as if. She won't be able to win custody, it will stay the way it is. It's like she's going through bad PMS or an early Menopause, god i can't stand her. I really hope Kiana realizes how her mom is when she's older and turns more towards her father. That's all i can think of to rant about right now...
