Wind Spinners - A Technique that IMP is quite proud of and quite useful considering the large cities he usually resides in. He takes the air around his feet and spins it into a sphere which allows him to move around on the ground like he had motorized skates.
History
IMP's past history is an enigma. Most of the information on him is collected from rumors. There is one thing that has become widely known about him though. He loves to kill people and doesn't really care how he does it as long as they're a carved up bloody mess when he's done.
Lately there's been a weird rumor floating around that he's secretly gathering up gangs in the large cities and plans on demolishing the police in order to throw the cities into anarchy.
