You are all aware of my endless struggles with weight. It's a constant, depressing, never-ending battle that I've dealt with for a long time. I berate myself endlessly when I "stumble". I rarely congragulate myself for little victories as I just know I'll fail again.
Well today I had to go to the Dr. The dreaded scales loomed large. As I stepped up, I prepared myself for the usual gain or staying the same. Trust me when I say I was rendered speechless when I found out I had LOST 11 lbs! 11! Now to keep it off and lose more!
I CAN do this. I HAVE to do this. My eyesight depends on it... among other things.
I just wanted to share my little victory with my "family".
