Io[dream.eater]. Funny you should ask me about her, because I've never been able to puzzle her out.
She's been around this city even longer than I have - why, they say she died even before I was born! I never heard much of her until I died myself, but since then, it's been like chasing a dream - you wake up and you think you have it, but the more you try and recall what you know, the more it slips away.
So here's what I know, or at least what I've heard.
In life, she was the young and successful fashionista known mostly as Io. She wasn't famous for anything really, she was just a nice young woman around the Downtown and everyone knew her.
Tragically, she died as young as she had lived - but she stayed around. She - or at least a phantom with more than a passing resemblence and wearing her trademark clothing - would appear from time to time around the city, and those who knew her in life would always be warmed by the sight of her. Some even claimed to have sat down to tea with the lady ghost, or carried out conversations with her.
Over time, though, her friends in the city died out themselves, as people tend to do. Not much of anyone reports seeing her any more, and if they do, they're more confused than anything else.
I only saw her once myself. She was...so beautiful. Not just in form, but in the radiance of her spirit. I guess you could say I have a bit of a crush on the little ghost. I'm still looking, though, and I know I'll find her one of these days.
