it was 1979 when this happened so i really dont know much about this story, my mom used to tell me it often so i hope you enjoy it,

In a little town in mexico called El Alamo DE Ojos Azules(the alamo of blue eyes) things have happened from chilling shrieks at night to horrible smokey smells,this story is of a man named Roberto

Roberto was a kind man he gave many people things they needed, but one day he decided to go to a circus called Los Diablos(the devils).He was having fun and even won a giant teddy bear he saw an interesting house called the fun house so he wanted to check it out.His wife Marianna was with him and told him ,"ay tu why do you want to go in there its said to be haunted by the devil himself you know, like the name"."those are just stories besides i want to go in, i love you, dont worry nothing is going to change want to come?" he thaughtfully asked her,"no i dont want to come but take this with you"she took a pretty silver cross and put it in his hand.Roberto took it and went inside,He was in there and not late after he went in something happened-no one knows what happened only Roberto-People from outside heard him scream then his screams turned into manic laughter,when he was out every body saw him he was different he was pale as a ghost, his eyes were as dark as night and he threw the cross at his wife."Dios mio what happened to you Roberto," she cried looking at the cross it was now covered in ash and and burned Mariannas fingers.weeks passed and he was completley a different man at night he tried to kill himself often and always said,"marianna they are coming for me,she wans to kill me!!!"everyone in town began thinking of him as a crazy nut man and just said to put him in a hospital,but marianna believed her husbands words and did what she could.One day she left to go buy milk and left roberto alonewhen she came back he had drank almost a gallon of bleach,miraculiously he lived.Days passed and time grew harder he started escaping from home at night and and in the distance they say they could hear," roberto come with me you will pay roberto".one night he finally manajed to escape and he went to the tallest tree and there he hung himself.he was found the next day but for weeks an odor of ash filled the village. thats a true story
