Name: Sukarii Gaddo (Skull eye guard)

Description: After becoming an adjuchas and fighting and eating for years is discovered by Tia Harribel who takes him to Aizen and becomes an unranked Arrancar. His mask remnant is located on his neck in a necklace and his hollow hole is located at his earlobe. He wears a skull-shaped eyepatch over his right eye even though there's nothing wrong with it.

Zanpakutō: Segador, shaped like a simple scythe

Resurrección: Reap your bounty, Segador. Takes on a grey torn cloak and large, complex scythe with it's handle comprised completely of bone and the metal blade reflects the enemies true fear.
