So right now I'm in Spring Break so I have a lot of time to exercise ( I like to keep my body fit.) But since I'm still pretty young I haven't ran many marathons...Well basically I haven't run more than 1 mile at once. But this morning, I just had this urge of running!!! So I quickly ate my breakfast and took a shower, then headed for the park. It's a pretty large park and I ran around the hole thing 3 times!!! I think that's about 7 miles in 35 minutes! biggrin Shocked at my awesome speed?! lol jk. But here are a few tips if you struggle with running:
My secrets of running a lot and not getting tired: breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth. It really helps!
When running I keep my arms low ... like around my hips and they say that it doesn't get your heart as tired and things like that idk, but it helped me too!
I also take large steps (not so huge that it makes me look gay, but u know what I mean!).
And I also carry my ipod with me, and listen to my absolute favorite energetic songs! For example, Paramore's great song Ignorance heart
Idk why I'm telling you my running tips but I'm kind of bored and I feel like writing a lot today. But I'm done now! So until next time!
