I realize that I haven't been here in ages. So a little update, not that I anticipate that anyone's going to read this, but I guess it's just a way to record whatever's happening in my life. I'm going to move back to Perth next year January, and that means starting over there and leaving everything here behind, maybe temporarily, maybe not. It depends on whatever's about to come.
Just thinking about the time when I used to live in Perth for those three years before really makes me wonder, will history repeat itself, or will I be able to adapt and change to settle there, or what? I'm trying not to worry, because I know God will handle it. At the same time, I'm so full of uncertainty about what's going to happen because nothing really seems concrete at the moment. And during this two-month, or rather, three-month holiday, I sincerely hope that I'll be able to prepare myself for whatever's about to come in the near future.

It seems so crazy how, when I was in Year 1 here at school, I honestly thought that staying here would mark the best years of my life. Well, maybe for the first year and maybe even the second year, but now, it just seems to be getting more burdensome. I wouldn't mind staying, but I think it's too late to turn back now. I wouldn't mind staying because of Anthropology and Malay and maybe even VA and ToK, and most of all, my friends and my family. But is IB worth it, for two years? I sincerely don't think so. Not at the rate things are going here in school. Teachers leaving, teachers changing, deadlines after deadlines after deadlines, and just to get into University when I can just spend one year in Perth with so much less pressure to get into that same University. Sigh. Tough decision but I'm sure God is leading my family to go to Perth, and so we will go.
