I've been thinking about a few things a lot lately. One of them is my unusual fears. The only mildly logical ones are my fear of heights, mostly because I have a tendency to fall off of things, and the fear of elevators, which ties in with the whole heights thing. Plus I had a traumatic experience with an elevator. There was a model of the Eiffel tower at a themepark in Ohio, only 1/3 of the actual size, but still it was extremely tall. There was a large elevator that held about 15-20 people at once that carried us to the top. 2 of the walls were made of glass, and I could see the cord that was preventing us from plumetting to our deaths. It wasn't very thick, probably about the diameter of a quarter. It took 10 minutes to get to the top, then we had to wait another 10 minutes for the next elevator to get down. I was kind of......unhappy. The rest of my fears are weird and completly random. I'm afraid of frogs and toads, rollie-pollies, mice and.......well the word slips my mind, but it's that thing that....you know, I can't even think of what it does. I'll put it in when I remember. I refuse to touch the mice that we feed my snake. I squeak whenever I see the toad that lives in our window well. I swear it's gigantic. Their eyes just scare me.
