Track- the world of running... and running... and running.... etc. Today was the first day. We only had 3 laps for warm-ups faster than heck. If the coaches passed you, you had to run more. After 2 and 1/2 hours, it gets a little old. Nevertheless, I also had to do the long jump. Sand in my shoes, pain in my legs sorta thing. Pop ups as their called where you run like 5 steps and then jump for height. Whee (fake enthusiam).
