Lies hurt…

I look you in the eyes
But you do not believe me.
You look into my
face
But your eyes never see me.
You say I lied but you lied your self
And you hide the truth in a box, on a shelf.
You hurt me once, now you hurt me again.
Again and again you hurt me
Your lies tearing at me and my heart
For you have lied to me from the start.
You said you loved me once before.
But now that love is but another closed door.
The shelf that held the box and the truth is inside your stupid head.
And will stay with you forever or until your dead.
And the box holding the truth on that dust covered shelf
Will finally open.
But you will never see that truth again…for it was hidden with lies
From now and then.
I feel sorry for you my truly forgotten…
