Tina had left the kinda little town, leaving her inn room to the Clara and her son. She made her way toward the town Clara spoke of, only to find half of it in ruins once she arrived. She was able to sence the presence of other living creatures, but saw no one as she stared around at the seemingly empty buildings.
The walk from the inn had taken most of the day though, and Tina knew she'd have to camp out someone in town. She set the shell pack down and started clearing away some of the rubble to get into a small one story home. As she moved the last of it, she took up the pack and proceeded inside. Just as the walked through the door, a rock lodged itself into her head. Tina dropped the pack and felt the new wound on her head as a few drops of blood dripped down between her eyes. More rocks flew toward her and she shielded her face as best as she can. As the rocks stopped, she looked around in a panic to see where they're coming from, only to find a boulder hurling toward her. The rock knocked her through a wall and back out into the night air. She stared up at the sky for a few seconds before her vision faded to black.
When she came to, the She was sitting in the very same abandoned house, with her paws tied behind her back. Looking around, she saw her sister's shell pack that she had been carrying, only it was in the hands of a young human girl. The girl was searching through it in hopes of finding food.
Tina cleared her throat, causing the human girl to jump. "Oh. You awoke huh?"
"Do you mind telling me why you attacked me?"
"Who said I hurt you?"
"You're sent, hun. I caught your sent around the time I was being pelted with stones."
"Serves you right! You don't belong here. This a human village! No demon or beasts allowed."
"I'm so sorry, I had no idea. If you untie me and hand me my things, I'll be on my way."
"Yeah right! You're just here to pick off more of my friends aren't you?"
"Oh no! I wouldn't harm you or anyone else!"
The girl pulls out a small hatchet from the shell, "This a weapon you use for hunting?"
"No, that's something I used to make my way through think forests, hun. Now can you please-"
"And you were going to eat this weren't you?"
"What do you mean? The only food I have on me is a bag of trail mix."
"And this!" The girl screams as she pulls out a small yellow chick wearing purple sneakers. "You kidnapped this little bird!"
"Fluffles?!" The chick peepes innocently before fluttering from the girl's hands and diving down Tina's shirt. "I'm sorry hun...she must've stowed away in my bag. Which explains why some of my food went missing. She belongs to my sister."
"And what 'bout this?" The girl says as she pullls a long katana from the shell, "How this even fit?"
"That is for self defence."
"You'd like me to believe that."
"Oh, this is rediculous." Tina sighed and twisted her arms a bit to pull her paws over her head, then gnawed through the ropes. The girl held the shell up as if it were a sheild and screamed as Tina snatched it away. "That is quite enough!"
"Please! No eat me! I'll do anything!"
"Hush! I'm not going to do anything of the sort. Now you are to explain your actions. Now."
