I've got a lovely bunch of budgies?

So, I've come across some major complications in my rabbit catching plans. So two nights ago a man was walking outside with dog. And my dad just happend to be outside. My dad asks the guy if he's looking for a rabbit, and surprise! He is. Apparently the rabbit belongs to this guy. So why is it roaming the streets of D'arcy Ranch? He puts the rabbit outside each night and the guys's dog scares the rabbit so it runs around the neighborhood. Actually, now that I think about, several halloween's ago, I went trick-or-treating at his house and I saw the rabbit. I didn't realize that it's the same rabbit. So all in all, no rabbit for me. You should catch it anyway and not tell the guy. He sounds like a terrible owner.

Aww, it was such a cute bunny. But yeah, it doesnt seem very nice to let the bunny out in the freezing cold at night. Is he the guy who owns the crazy dog that wont stop barking?
