how 2 trian ur body 4 fightin
1st. get sum body weights (at least 50, 4 each weight)
2nd. make sure thur heavy and that u can't really move n
3rd. make a work out plan
4th. make sure u do it at least and not b lazy
5th. dun talk 2 no1 that lives by u or ne1 4 a while (stay n solitude)
6th. make sure no1 wuld n-ture ur room (no interuptions)
7th. work out 4 bout 6-8 hours straght (no breaks)
8th. work out 4 a hour after eatin (so u dun lose ur consitration)
9th. remember dun get mucles, they slow u down (they do)
10th. after a while run a mile or 2
my work out plan
60's on each arm and 80's n each leg
push ups, up 2 a 100 (everyday) the most 200 (did it once)
sit ups a 100-150 (only can do 101 rite now)
hand push ups only at least 10 (can barely do 1,i cheat i use the walL 4 now)
punches and kicks,untiL u get tired of it (can do it 4 a long tym)
it also helps ur stemina (mine has gone up)
jumpin around/counterin (help u go faster cuz of weights r on)
and if u havent seen me n a while i dun look the same
and the reason y im doin this iz cuz im gunna go n a fightin tournament and if u want n jus hit me up, no fightin class needed, alL i can say its n L.A. and its 4 fun, and n-e fighter who luvs 2 fight shuld go.
and also i made a bet 2 sum1, and if i win 2 fights i win the bet and live my life, but if i lose i giv up everythin im doin and go work 4 this person, so yea,
